PURPOSE:To use a memory capacity effectively to perform data transfer between memory discs in a high speed, by using a disc as fixed sectors and using the command chaining having address up function as a command. CONSTITUTION:Fixed sectors are given to the disc, and the command chaining having the address up function is used as a command. For example, in case of the data transfer from a memory to the disc, sectors of the disc are fixed, and ''write CCF''' using the command chaining having the address up function is inserted as a command. The address for the write to the disc is increased successively to make it unnecessary to insert and use seek commands successively. In case of the data transfer from the disc to the memory, the command is used as a read command to perform data transfer similarly. |
