PURPOSE:To remove an erroneous adhesion bonding by flattening the contact surfaces of a belt and a heater or a pressure contact bonding roll, by forming each of the seams of belts for grasping the mouth end part of a pouch by abutting both end parts of a metal ribbon while bonding reinforcing materials to both side edge parts of the inner surfaces thereof. CONSTITUTION:The mouth end part 9a of a pouch 9 is passed between each pair of first heat bars 1a, 1b, first pressure contact bonding rolls 4a, 4b second heat bars 2a, 2b, second pressure contact bonding rolls 5a, 5b and cooling bars 3a, 3b while being held between a pair of belts 16a, 16b to be subjected to adhesion bonding. Each of the seams of the belts 16a, 16b in this process are formed, for example, by abutting both ends part 16a1, 16a2 of metal ribbons 16a while bonding reinforcing materials 17, 17 to both side edge parts of the inner surfaces thereof and the width of the part between the reinforcing materials 17, 17 is made slightly wider than that of each contact part of the heat bars, the pressure contact bonding rolls and the cooling bars. |
