The invention relates to an elastic windsurfing board for sliding on snow and ice, having a sliding body which is raised at the front end and whose underside forms a sliding surface which is convexly bent in cross-section at least as far as the area of the raised front end and whose side edges are concavely bent in opposite directions at least as far as the raised front end and are constructed along the sliding surface area which is convexly bent in cross-section as the projecting steering edge which bounds the sliding surface, and having a guide element which extends in the longitudinal centre of the sliding body, is constructed in a web-like or cutter-like fashion and is vertically adjustably arranged on the sliding body. This structure ensures that when travelling straight ahead only the guide element which is travelling straight ahead is in contact with the snow or ice and the steering edges are completely inactive. On the other hand, when going around a bend one of the steering edges is in contact with the snow and the guide element is inactive.
