PURPOSE:To obtain a crank-shaft structure which can be prepared easily and at low cost with little manhours for working by forming the crank shaft by connecting and fixing a main shaft and an eccentric part by inserting a knock pin. CONSTITUTION:In the eccentric part 9 of a crank, a hole 10 for engagement with a main shaft 8 is formed at a position in eccentricity by a distance epsilon from the center. On the main shaft 8, a communication hole 12 which communicates from the hollow part 8a of the main shaft 8 to a penetration hole 11 formed in the eccentric part 9 is formed. Into the penetration hole 11 and the communication hole 12, a cylindrical knock pin 13 which connects the main shaft 8 to the outer eccentric part 9 is inserted. A connecting rod 14 is constituted of a ring- shaped big end 15 which is formed by installing an inner peripheral wall in slidable manner onto the outer peripheral wall of the eccentric part 9 and an arm part 16 connected to a piston 6, and the reciprocating movement of the piston 6 is achieved by allowing the revolution movement of the main shaft 8 to be linked with the eccentric movement of the eccentric part 9 installed on the outer periphery. The lubricating oil which flows into the hollow part 8a lubricates the outer peripheral wall of the eccentric part 9 and the inner peripheral wall of the big end 15, passing through the knock pin 13. |
