PURPOSE:To use an operation storage device effectively, by abstracting patterns of an information data group to store them in storage elements whose number is smaller than the number of temporary storage elements where information data is stored. CONSTITUTION:Distances of a temporary storage element from a center temporary storage element F (k,l) in the line direction and the column direction in a temporary storage device are denoted as alpha and beta, and a logical distance (d) between temporary storage elements is denoted as (alpha<2>+beta<2>)<1/2>. Information data stored in the element F (k,l) is multiplied by a weight function W(d) corresponding to the logical distance (d), and information data stored in an element F (k+alpha, l+beta) is subjected to an operation by an arithmetic unit to attain information data T (m,n) to be stored in a storage element M (m, n) in accordance with an equation. Thus, patterns of information data are abstracted to store information data in a smaller number of storage elements. |
