发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF LIGHT CONDUCTING MATERIAL FOR NEAR INFRARED RAYS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a light conducting material having sensitivity in near infrared ray region, by using a mixture of antimony trisulfide and diantimony triselenide. CONSTITUTION:Antimony chloride and antimonyl potassium tartrate are dissolved in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid. Thereafter the solution is maintained at 50 deg.C, and hydrogen sulfide gas and hydrogen selenide gas are made to pass in the solution. The obtained precipitate (mixture of Sb2S3 and Sb2Se3) is washed by pure water and dried. The obtained powder is filled in a quartz crucible, and heat treatment is performed in the mixed gas of N2 and O2. Then the heat treated material is washed and dried, and thereafter it is evaporated on a glass substrate.
