PURPOSE:To form simply a diaphragm having a uniform property by forming thermally a high polymer complex material. CONSTITUTION:A sheet having 200mum of thickness made of polyethylene including 30% of carbon fibers is cut off into a required size, a fiber reinforced resin member 5 is placed on a forming die 6 and a low hardness silicone rubber 7 is placed thereupon. The members 5, 7 are pressed together with a retaining plate 8. The pressing is performed in a cylinder 9 so as not to flow the silicone rubber 7. Further, the forming die 6 and the surface of the silicon rubber 7 are heated to a uniform temperature. The fiber reinforced fiber member 5 is also heated to a uniform temperature and as it is elongated with the deformation of the silicone rubber 7, the forming article having a uniform thickness is obtained. As the fiber reinforced fiber, aramide fiber or glass fiber or the like is used. |
