PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin molded piece excellent in delustering effect by adding finer corrugations to a coarsely corrugated piece body itself. CONSTITUTION:Finer corrugations are added to a metal surface with a delustering corrugations. The roughness of the surface is required to be finer than sand paper roughness #150 and preferable to be #600. This can be accomplished by performing flame spraying to the metallic surface. Flame spraying is to coat a mating ground with material such as metal, ceramics, etc. that is melted by flames of oxygen- acetylene or hydrogen and injected through a nozzle. If a delustering mold is manufactured by use of flame spraying, not only a very rough surface can be obtained but a complicated, porous surface with further finer corrugations can be manufactured microscopically on a certain corrugation itself. |
