PURPOSE:To eliminate dripping of grease-removing liquid before painting, blowing and dripping of paint during painting, and peeling-off of painted film by forming the part corresponding to a part installation hole integrally with a thin skin layer continuous to an outer plate coated surface. CONSTITUTION:When a fender panel 1 is prepared through injection molding of plastic, the part corresponding to the part installation hole 4 on the fender panel 1 is integrally formed with a thin skin layer 6 continuous to the coated surface 5 of the fender panel 1. The fender panel 1 which is injection-molded is sent to a painting line, and the skin layer 6 is applied with longitudinal spray coating together with the painted surface 5 of the fender panel. Since the skin layer 6 is formed integrally on the same plane as the painted surface 5 of the fender panel, the painted film same as the painted film formed on the fender panel painted surface 5 on the periphery is formed continuously and uniformly. |
