PURPOSE:To cut an object to be cut having a polymerizable org. adhesive layer without hindrance by cutting said object by laser light and at the same time by polymerizing the exposed adhesive agent on the cut face and making the same non-adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent exposed on the cut surface of an object to be cut (for example, adhesive sheet) having a adhesive layer consisting mainly of a polymerizable org. material is polymerized and is modified to be made non- adhesive to prevent the oozing of the adhesive agent on the cut face in the stage of irradiating laser light to said object and cutting the same. A polyisoprene adhesive agent is preferred as the adhesive agent, and CO2 laser light is used for the laser light, the output thereof is made about 100-1,000W. Air or gaseous oxygen is used as assist gas and the gas generated by the cutting is expelled. The formation of the blocking between the adhesive agent is thus prevented. |
