<p>PURPOSE:To enable conjugation with a fluorescent lamp main body in several ways and also to enable manufacturing a base case and an insulating plate as one body and easily by constituting the captioned compound with thermoplastic resin and inorganic filler material and/or organic filler material. CONSTITUTION:Both inorganic filler material and organic filler material or one of these serving as a filler, combined with thermoplastic resin are used. Combination quantities are preferably filler material 90-20wt% against thermoplastic resin 10-80wt%. For example, polypropylene polyethylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, nylon, rubber etc. are used as thermoplastic resin individually or combined. As for inorganic filler material, calcium carbonate, talcum, mica, barium sulfate, clay and metal powders etc. are used and as for organic filler material, wooden powder of natural trees such as pine, fir, hemlock spruce etc. are used. In the case of using wooden powders etc. the particle diameter should be preferably within mesh range of 100-200.</p> |
