PURPOSE:To elevate the stability and reliability by arranging a double section type power circit with thyrister rectifier of a 12-phase rectification while an intermediate section is added to the existing section and an inverter function is imparted to a part of said rectifiers. CONSTITUTION:Thyristor rectifiers 31 and 41 and 32 and 42 of a 12 phase rectification for rectifying an AC power into a DC power are connected to secondary and tertiary windings of transformers 21 and 22 for lower the voltage of commercial frequency power source 1 down to an appropriate voltage value with the primary to tertiary windings. Then, when the thyristor rectifier 31 is set for a spare, during the power running, a DC power from the rectifier 41 is supplied to a feeder 121 through a DC reactor 72 and a circuit breaker 103 and to the feeder section between dead sections 111-112 through a thyristor breaker 82 and a circuit breaker 102 while to the feeder 121 through a diode 91 and a circuit breaker 101. The DC power from the rectifier 42 is supplied to a feeder 122 through the same route. |
