PURPOSE:To operate synchronization of a motor generator in a short time by inserting a starter to a motor generator circuit during operation when other motor generator circuit is connected in parallel with a motor generator circuit during operation to operate it synchronously, thereby decelerating the motor. CONSTITUTION:Two motor generators each of which has an induction motor 4 and a synchronous generator 5 are connected in parallel, and electric power is supplied to a load L through a bus 8. When a (b) system is energized during operation of an (a) system, a motor 4b is reduced at voltage and started through a reactor 2b between switches 3b and 7b by a controller 9, the voltage of the generator 5b is established, the switch 3b is then closed as full voltage operation, and further the switch 3a of the a system is opened to reduce the voltage of the motor 4a. Then, the synchronization is confirmed by the detector SY, the switch 3a is closed, the switch 7b is closed, and a synchronous operation is performed. Accordingly, a dummy load can be eliminated to throw the motor generator in high efficiency. |
