PURPOSE:To surely sustain the floating condition of an adjusting valve element even if there is overload or pressure-leak in an outlet side passage, by disposing a throttling means in a bypass passage so that the floating condition of the adjusting valve element may be sustained even at a low pressure, and as well by forming a control passage between inlet and outlet passages. CONSTITUTION:In a bypass passage 11 formed between a first chamber 2 and a third chamber 6, and bypassing an opening and closing means 20, there is provided a throttling means 50 for setting a second chamber 2 at a low pressure upon floating of an adjusting valve element 5 so that the set pressure is applied to a first pressure-receiving section 9a formed in a holder 9 to sustain the operating condition of a check valve element 8 in its closing direction, that is, the floating condition of the adjusting valve element 5. As well, the check valve element 8 is formed with a control passage 12 through which a high pressure, due to overload, in the pressage on the second chamber 3 side is relieved into the first chamber 2, so that a low liquid pressure, set by the throttling means 50, in the first chamber 2, is applied to the second chamber 3 through the control passage 12. |
