PURPOSE:To promote the mass-productivity by utilizing one part of light outputs of forward light from a plural number of semiconductor lasers for controlling the light outputs of forward light independently of the plural light beams as one another. CONSTITUTION:Two beams 12a and 12b of forward light of a semiconductor laser array 6 are reflected by a beam splitter and further reflected by a mirror. The reflected beams are turned to the same optical path again to make incident upon a light receiving part 17. The two incident beams on the light receiving part 17 make incident upon light receiving surfaces 19a and 19b of a photodetector 19 respectively. A photoelectrically transduced output by the photodetector 19 is given to a laser driving circuit. The plural semiconductor laser light sources for emitting the beams 12a and 12b of forward light can independently be driven by this laser driving circuit. By such constitution, the need for positional adjustment of the photodetector is eliminated without incurring the increase in the number of parts, and the mass-productivity can thus be promoted. |
