PURPOSE:To extend a keyboard when necessary by dividing an electric circuit part into a basic part and an extended part to connect them with a connecting means and also providing a circuit which detects either key switch of the basic or extended parts is pushed. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard main body is divided into a basic part and an extended part, and these two parts are connected each other via a connecting part. In the same way, the keyboard matrix of an electric circuit part is divided into a basic part 71 and an extended part 81. These two parts are connected each other with a connector 31. A detecting circuit 72 for push of basic keyboard receives the signal from each keyboard switch within the matrix 71 and detects either keyboard switch in the matrix 71 is pushed. While a detecting circuit 82 for push of extended keyboard receives the signal from each keyboard switch within a matrix 81 and detects the pushed switch of the matrix 81 respectively. |
