Air-conditioning system in which the cold air is supplied, to the room to be conditioned, near the floor so as to leave the room at the ceiling. The supplied cold air flows through a heat exchanger which allows the cold air, preheated in dependence on the room temperature, to enter the room and itself radiates energy, usable for cooling purposes based on the temperature which it has assumed, into the room to be conditioned. <IMAGE>
