<p>Disclosed herein is a device for transferring bar shaped articles, in which a link-up conveyor connects, two conveyors that are provided with housings, spaced in each conveyor at a different pitch, wherein the articles are accommodated. The link-up conveyor comprises a first and a second rotatable element adapted to revolve in the same direction at identical angular velocity, around separate parallel axes. On the perimeter of the first rotatable element are pivoted equidistant articulated lever each of which provided with a housing for accommodating and holding one article. Each articulated lever is connected to the aforementioned second element by a link rod which, as the link-up conveyor rotates, causes it to undergo oscillations to match the velocity of the articulated lever housing to that of the housings of the said two conveyors in the positions in which the articles are yielded and accepted, respectively.</p> |
