<p>PURPOSE:To certainly seal a penetration part in simple ways without disturbing the operation for a wire raised and lowered, by arranging a sealing apparatus with which the wire is penetrated through a penetration part on a wall. CONSTITUTION:A sealing apparatus 2 consists of sealing devices 20 and 20' having the same constitution. A fixed sealing member 23 and a movable sealing member 27 have the semicircular cut parts 23a and 27a respectively, and the fixed sealing member 23 is fixed onto a rear-face plate 22 by a bolt 32, and the movable sealing member 27 is installed onto a slidable member 26 by bolts 32 and 33. When the seal of a spiral tube 3 is released from sealed state, an operating shaft 25 is turned, and the movable member 27 is shifted up to the left shift edge. Nearly perfect seal is permitted by making the sealing members from nylon, rubber, or other relatively soft material. In order to obtain the perfect seal, furthermore, sealing parts are formed at two positions by using two sealing devices 20 and 20', and a gas feeding pipe 6 is connected to the intermediate part, of the sealing parts, and purging by inert gas is performed.</p> |
