Clamping sleeve

The invention specifies a clamping sleeve for securing a bolt, a shaft, spindle, piston rod, a workpiece or the like with respect to axial displacement. The clamping force of said clamping sleeve is produced by a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure which acts on the sleeve from outside or inside in the radial direction. The clamping sleeve consists exclusively of metal and has at least one axis-parallel longitudinal shaft which projects radially outwards or inwards, while, at its ends, it is connected in a pressure-tight manner, by soldering, welding or similar jointing processes, to the structural part receiving it.
