CONSTITUTION:When a cable drum 68 is rotated to take up and let off the 1st optical fiber cable 10 connected at one end to a moving body, an image rotating prism 28 fixed in an optical element containing box 108 roates at an angular speed 1/2 of the speed of the cable 10. The exit ray 20 from the 1st optical fiber cable 21 repeats five times of plane reflection and is threreafter made the prescribed incident ray 26 to the 2nd optical fiber cable 14 without receiving the influence of the rotation of the cable 10.
