PURPOSE:To attain talking between a dwelling and a superintendent room of a group housing during generation of an alarm to confirm the contents of the alarm and at the same time delivering the alarm to the outside of dwelling to inform the generation of an emergent state, by providing plural types of switching means. CONSTITUTION:A dwelling unit 8 contains call detecting means 28 and 29 for call of a superintendent room unit and a lobby unit 1, a ringing tone generating circuit 24 which works in response to either of both means 28 and 29, a sound generating circuit 25 which produces an alarm sound signal corresponding to the input of sense signals of sensors 21 and 22, and a speaker 33. When the circuit is working, a switching means rd connects a slave unit 23 of an entrance interphone to the circuit 25. While a switching means rc connects the speaker 33 to the circuit 25. When the means 28 detects a call of the superintendent unit, the speaker 33 is connected with priority to the circuit 24. A detecting means 30 stops the working of the circuit 24 when it detects that a handset 9 is picked up. |
