PURPOSE:To uniformly wind a yarn with a small amount of yarn bank, by allowing the yarn to shift in the direction opposite to the traversing direction of traverse cam yarn at a traverse end part, in order to minimize yarn delay with respect to the locus of a traverse guide at the traverse end. CONSTITUTION:When a traverse guide 17 moves forward across traverse width l1 in the arrow direction by the rotation of a traverse cam 1, the small diameter semi-circumferential part 20a of a disc cam 20 faces a switch operating member 22, but when the traverse guide 17 reaches the end of the traverse width l1, a projecting semi-circumferential part 20b of the disc cam 20 synchronously faces, the switch operating member 22, so that a switch 21 is changed over due to the pressure of said member, and the operating direction of a piston lever 12 of an air cylinder 11 is changed over to affract the piston lever 12. Thus, a lever 10 is rocked to turn an axial piece 8 by a prescribed angle, and thereby an arm 6 is rocked, and the cam 1 is moved by a prescribed amount (d) forward guide 17, i.e., in the direction opposite to the traverse of yarn. |
