PURPOSE:To reduce vibration and to obtain sound insulation effect by pasting up stickers made of a material having mass larger than mass per the unit area of a case on the outer wall surface of a body case of a vibration generator of a vacuum cleaner or the like. CONSTITUTION:In case of driving an electrically-driven blower as a vibration generating source built in a vacuum cleaner, about 10-20% of the vibration is transmitted to front and rear cases 4, 5 forming a body case 3. In this case, stickers 9a, 9b formed in such a manner as to heighten an exhibition effect and having the manufacturing and product names printed on the surface thereof are pasted up on both vibrating surfaces 10 of the cases 4, 5. The respective stickers are formed of a soft rubber sheet having mass per the unit area larger than that of the body case 3. In this arrangement, the above vibration is effectively restrained and radiant sound is decreased to improve reduction of noise. |
