CONSTITUTION:Fish meat is ground with salt, and other additives to give a fish-paste product, which is blended with 10-90wt% denatured and ground fish or animal meat, or denatured fish or animal meat is added to fish meat when it is ground, the fish meat and the denatured fish or animal meat are simultaneously ground to give a mixture, which is allowed to settle, and heated. |
