PURPOSE:To separate sheets of paper being superposed into piece and thereby prevent the occurrence of double feeding, by mingling respective rollers, some one has strong frictional force but the other weak, together in existence and stretching a reverse characteristic belt corresponding to each roller's frictional force, while making the paper into aliding contact with each of rollers as long as the specified length on a roller surface. CONSTITUTION:Tentatively when a group of triply superposed sheets of paper 6 are fed from the inside of a cassette by a roller 8, first of all, they are fed into space between a roller 13 and a belt 15 after a group of these sheets of paper 6 are fed into space between a roller 12 and a belt 14 for the first time, and if so, there produces some frictional force between these sheets of paper 6 touching the belt 15 and when this force comes stronger than adhering force lying between topper sheets of paper, the paper 6 is kept back by dint of the belt 15 and a piece of paper separates from these paper groups 6. Next, two sheets of the paper 6 given conveying force are further conveyed forward, and the belt 15 and the second paper 6 contact anew so that the second paper 6 is retained by the belt 15, thus the first paper 6 alone is separated from the paper groups 6 for delivery. |
