PURPOSE:To suppress the amplitude throughout a wide range of vibration applying frequency efficiently by allowing the oil to flow through a by-pass oil-line provided in a rotor and thereby reducing the damping force in the set angular frequency range of a vibratory system equipped with a damping means. CONSTITUTION:In a range of angular frequency omega as omegacr1<omega<=omega1, a rotor 13 rotates when the oil passes through a torque generating groove 29, and an oil line 23 is put in communication with a one 18a. In another range as omega1<omega<= omegacr2, the rotor 13 rotates in the opposite direction to put the oil line 23 in communication with a one 18b, and the oil flows by-passing a leaf valve 9 to cause drop of the damping force. In a range of angular frequency omega as omegacr2<omega<=omegacr3, the rotational angles of the rotors 13 and 14 become below the set angular displacement thetacr, so that communication of oil lines is shut off. In a range of angular frequency omega as omegacr3<omega<=omegam, rotation of the rotor 14 puts an oil line 19a in communication with a one 24, and the oil by-passes the leaf valve 9 again. |
