发明名称 METHOD FOR INPUTTING INFORMATION TO WELDING ROBOT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To input easily information to control means by classifying plural welding works for which welding conditions are the same by each welding pattern and recording the patterns and parameters for setting on a recording card. CONSTITUTION:Works 1-3 which are different only in the size are classified as the same pattern of a type T and parameters L1-L4 for setting indicating the length of the works 1-3 are determined and are recorded on an information recording card 4. The operator inserts the card 4 into the card insertion port of a robot control means 9 in the case of welding the work 1, then the recorded pattern data and the data on the parameters L1-L4 are read, and are recorded in a memory part 12. The respective numerical values of the data on the parameters and welding conditions such as welding method or the like are inputted into the control means from a keyboard 13. The read out data and numerical values are displayed on a display part and the signal is outputted from a central processing unit 16. The robot welds the work in conformity with the prescribed conditions by the control signal.</p>
