<p>The compsns. are made by (a) coating 2-(isopropylamino) pyrimidine or derivs. with material resistant to acids of pH 2 and drying, and (b) again coating with material resistant to acids of pH2, with final drying. The coating material used, such as fat, stearic acid, wax, shellac, ammoniacol shellac, cellulose acetate formaldehyde or synthetic polymer is insoluble in the gastric juices but soluble in intestinal fluids.</p> |
