<p>The flat rods with dimensions of the synchromesh ring blank are produced by forming, such as extrusion, rolling etc. The rod is cut to lengths corresponding to the circumference of the ring, with subsequent bending and rounding to the ring shape. - The two joining ends of the bent rod are welded by pressure welding, HF-welding, resistance welding etc. the precipitated silicides are arranged on the ring with their longitudinal axes in direction of the forming process, coinciding with the action of the frictional forces during its use.</p> |
