PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the manufacture of products by fitting respective boss parts formed by swelling of pad slide rings into a plurality of through holes on the circumference of a plate and overlapping on and provisionally coupling to each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of through holes 3 are formed beforehand on the circumference of a plate 1, and respective boss parts corresponding to respective through holes 3 are swollen and formed on the ring 2. The plate 1 and the ring 2 are overlapped on each other within respective through holes 3 in a state where the boss parts are overlapped on each other. By outwardly expanding the base parts by a tool 5 and coupling them together within respective through holes 3 to obtain a provisional coupling. Then, the plate 1 and the ring 2 are integrally coupled by a brazing agent interposed therebetween.
