PURPOSE:To simplify the device and to obtain a long extruded product of high precision by arranging drawing dies at proper intervals on extrusion side of a die for extrusion and drawing extruded part of an extruded paterial continuously. CONSTITUTION:In an extruding device, drawing dies 7 are arranged at proper intervals (l) on the extrusion side of a die 2 for extrusion. A cooling device 9 is provided between this interval (l). A billet 10 is extruded through a space controlled by the extruding die 2 and a mandrel 6. The extruded part 10A is cooled by the cooling device 9, and passes through the drawing die 7 continuously. Drawing effect is given to the extruded part of the product 10B by pulling by a proper puller. By this mechanism, highly accurate size is obtained and a long hollow pipe etc. can be manufactured without correcting work etc. |
