PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate joining described below as well as prevent a base from being disconnected even if a bulb is used over a long period of time while surely holding said joining by making a gap between the internal surface of opening of a base shell and the external surface of a sealing part less than a specific value and bonding said surfaces together while allowing a silicon series adhesive to lie in the gap between said surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A portion between a sealing part 1a including the convex strip 14 and convex part 13 of a screw part 12 and a base shell 8 is formed in a gap part 15 for bonding. This bonding gap part 15 is provided to set a gap (l) between the outer surfaces of a sealing part 1a and the inner surface of the base shell 8 less than 0.5mm., and these surfaces are bonded together via a silicon series adhesive 16. Namely, the adhesive 16 is applied in a spot by injecting the adhesive 16 onto the outer surface of the sealing part 1a by means of high pressure air, and thereafter the base shell 8 is placed to cover the outer surface air, and thereafter the base shell 8 is placed to cover the outer surface and bonded by heating it to 100 deg.C or 200 deg.C from the outside. |
