The item to be treated is immersed in the treatment liq. Above the edges of adjacent vats, there are extraction channels. A tight fitting lid is placed on top; it rests on the channel cover. There are openings formed between the channel cover and the channel body. The size of the opening is variable. The extraction channels are connected to a suitable extraction device and a vacuum is acheived above the liq. |
