PURPOSE:To secure the flexibility and the expansibility of a system, by selecting at the center device side whether output data of the center device and a control code held in a terminal device are synthesized and edited or not. CONSTITUTION:When a message 100 is given from a center device 10 to a terminal device 12, the device 12 selects anyone of formats 200-1-200-m from selecting data 102 in the beginning of the message 100, and format data 200-1-200m selected for every item data are read out from a storage device 16 successively. At this time, if it is discriminated on a basis of operation data in the beginning of each item data that synthesizing and editing is performed, the device 12 gives format data 202 and output data to a synthesizing and editing circuit 18 to synthesize and edit them, and synthesized and edited data 314 is fed to an output device 14. If it is discriminated that synthesizing and editing are not performed, AND gates 26 and 34 are closed, and an AND gate 24 is opened to supply output data to the device 14. |
