PURPOSE:To issue a ticket at a high speed and prevent sale data from being lost by providing ticket data having a high frequency in use locally and processing the print processing for ticket issuing and the totalizing processing of a host device in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A controller TC8 which attains input data from an input/output device IOE9 sets a sequential number S# added to the operation unit in a memory block TMB81 and a sequential number T# added to a ticket to a header of data and transmits the number to a local controller LCE4. The LCE4 receiving the number checks the status of an index storage block LMB41 and searches an index in the LMB42. The ticket data of the pertinent ticket is attained from a version number storage file LF51 and is edited for printing. After editing, carrying-in of a ticket piece is instructed to a ticket printer PR10, and the input from a ticket terminal device TM7 and the status of a terminal host are recorded on a file LF52. Next, the controller LCE4 updates the sequential number T# in the block LMB43 to send it to the device TM7, and the input from the device TM7 is sent to a host 1. The sequential number T# and print data are received by the controller TC8, and the updated sequential number T# is recorded in the block TMB81 to transmit the print data to the printer PR10. |
