PURPOSE:To supply conveyed matters in an efficient and stable manner by arranging various kinds of conveyor to induction units in specified order and by sending signals from various kinds of photo attached to the various kinds of conveyor to the conveying rate upstream from the induction unit. CONSTITUTION:An induction unit 2 attached to a tray-type sorter is provided, starting from the sorter side, with a loading conveyor 3, a sending conveyor 4, a discharging conveyor 6 with a pulse generator 5, a pressure conveyor 7, and a supplying conveyor 8 that are arranged in this order. An induction photo 9 at the tip of the conveyor 3 detects the arrival of a conveyed matter, while a tail edge photo 10 at the tip of the conveyor 6 detects the completion of discharge of the matter. A present photo 11 behind the photo 10 corrects an error in position of oscillation for the conveyed matter. While both a length detecting interlock photo 12 and an oscillator 5 produce length data consisting of a pair of informations. An updata photo 13 is placed on the starting side of refraction of the sorter. |
