PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a disk presence discriminating mechanism and the overall cost of an automatic disk player by forming said mechanism with a pure mechanical structure. CONSTITUTION:When a slide plate 93 slides, a reset plate 147 oscillates. In response to this oscillation of the plate 147, a detection plate 86 oscillates. Then a hook part 87 of the plate 86 moves to a hooking position with a hook part 82 of a disk mounting detection pin 80 provided to a turntable 6. When no disk 16 exists, the part 82 is set at a lower position and hooks the part 87 to give pressure. Therefore the plate 86 oscillates and hooks an intermediate lever 102. In this case, the plate 147 has no oscillation. When the plate 93 slides further, the lever 102 hooks the plate 86 and a relay lever 108 respectively. Thus the lever 108 oscillates to move a control plate 113. Then the hook is released between a hook 131 and a switch locker 220, and both the hook 131 and a latch stopper 129 have oscillations. Thus a pickup plate 123 oscillates, and therefore a lead-in action is prevented. |
