PURPOSE:To enable the time required for resin coating and forming to be remarkably reduced by preventing the flow out of resin and the damage of metal molds, while providing a machined surface concentric with a male screw at one part of the terminal outer circumference on the male screw of an insert base material. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumferential surface of an insert base 1 with a male screw 5 is coated with the resin such as vinyl chloride or polyethylene, etc. by injection molding in the metal molds 31, 32 for resin coating and forming, thereby obtaining the insert base. The machined surface 10 concentric with the male screw 5 is provided in at least one part for at least one circuit of the terminal outer circumference 9 of the male screw of this insert base 1, and the objective base may be obtained. Further, the gap between the inner surface of boundary parts 81, 82 located on the metal molds 31, 32 and the outer circumference of the male screw is eliminated thereby preventing the flow out of the resin and the damage of the metal molds and enabling the jig with a female screw to be unnecessitated. |
