PURPOSE:To attain high speed switching by using a high pass filter for preventing a gate switching control signal of a gate circuit conducting and interrupting a microwave signal from the leaking into a microwave band. CONSTITUTION:A transmission line is constituted by a microstrip line 20, and a switching diode 23 is arranged by cutting off a part of the line 20. A gate switching signal from a terminal G is applied to a switching diode 23 via a low pass filter 21 to control on/off the said diode 23. Further, a high pass filter 25 is provided between a line 20 and a terminal S1 so as to prevent the gate switching signal from the terminal G from being leaked to the terminal S1. Thus, the waveform of a gate signal G' controlling on/off of the diode 23 is improved and the high speed switching characteristic is obtained. |
