<p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembling property to a car by arranging a linkage member connecting a steering force to the input member of a rear wheel steering system near the side sill of a car body in a device steering both front wheels and rear wheels by the steering operation of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:When a steering shaft 2 is rotated by the steering operation of a steering wheel 1, a rotating force is extracted on a pitman shaft 24 and a gear shaft 35 respectively through a gear box 20, and as a result of the rotation of the pitman shaft 24 a knuckle arm 12 is rotated through a pitman arm 4, a connecting rod 5 and a tie rod 11 to steer front wheels 14.
