PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the integration degree by laminating mounted elements by using two pieces of base ribbon. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of the base ribbons 1a and 1b are cut and bent, and the ribbons 1a and 1b are fixed in contact. Isolation into the upper and lower units is performed otherwise by providing a clearance or inserting an insulator. Further, if necessary, molding is performed by multiple lamination unless there is hindrance. This constitution enables to improve the mount density of elements, and thus to obtain a multi-functional package by combination with different elements. |
