PURPOSE:To increase the convenience in practical use in N.C. machining by profiling operation by automatically and correctly obtaining the numerical-value information for the profiling operation for one mold from the calculation processing for the nummerical-value information in the profiling operation for the other mold of a pair of male and female molds. CONSTITUTION:In a profiling apparatus M, a male model 1 is loaded onto a table 512. A controller CONT for numerical-value information conversion which generates a numerical-value information for female-mold by using the male-mold numerical-value information is combined with the apparatus M. A profiling controlling circuit 81 installed onto the apparatus CONT receives each position detection signal S(X), S(Y), S(Z) from each position detector 71, 72, 73 for X axis, Y axis, and Z axis. The numerical-value information for male-mold which is obtained in a numerical-value information control part is converted into the female-mold nummerical-value information, in a numerical value information conversion circuit 82 on the basis of the male-mold numerical-value information recorded in a tape 83. Thus, the convenience performance in practical use is increased. |
