PURPOSE:To make an alteration in the type of a can ever so easy as well as to make automation for a line-up of cans and the promotion of labor-saving attainable, by counting every can entered from a can feeding part to a can line-up part and then lining up these cans in zigzag with a stopper, while delivering them in a direction right-angled to the line with a feed plate. CONSTITUTION:An empty can entered into a can feeding part A hits each of stoppers 1 and 2, comes to a stop at once, forms a can line in two rows on a conveyor 37 and releases these stoppers 1 and 2 from sensors 12 and 13 whereby the can line makes its way into a line-up part B along a feed plate 16. Next, each of countersensors 6 and 7 counts the number of cans and, when these cans reach the specified number, these countersensors check the entry of the next can and form each of can lines D and E being shifted as far as a portion for each radius every specified number at both sides of the feed plate 16. With rotation of the plate 16, the can line is pushed out in a right-angled direction, transferred to on the conveyor and stopped after bumping against a stop plate 27. As for alteration in can types, it can take place in an easy manner with only positional adjustment of these stoppers 1 and 2. |
