Extractor loader comprising a carriage (2) movable horizontally along a fixed frame (1), a slide (7) movable vertically with respect to the carriage (2) and comprising a support with gripping means adapted for gripping a work piece, an element (10-11) mounted for pivoting on the carriage (2) and connected to the slide (7) so that pivoting of the element causes movement of this slide with respect to the carriage, means for preventing the element from pivoting when the carriage is in the central part of its travel, and a motor (18-19) which is fixedly mounted on the frame (1) and is connected to the carriage (2) thus ensuring horizontal movement of the carriage, as well as to the pivoting element for ensuring vertical movement of the slide (7) when the element may pivot, characterized in that the pivoting element is formed by a pulley (10) enclosed by two toothed wheels (11) and secured to these wheels, in that a notched belt (16) has one of its ends wound over at least half a circumference on the pulley (10), while being fixed to the rim of this pulley, and has its other end connected to two chambers (21) crossing the first end of the belt (16) and disposed on each side thereof, in that these chains (21) are wound on the toothed wheels (11) at least over half a circumference, and in that the traction element formed by the notched belt and the chambers passes over a drive element (17) connected to the motor (18-19) and over a guide element (20).</p> |
