PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has excellent high-speed processability and gives a film having good trasparency, heat-seal strength and surface smootheness, consisting of crystalline PP, low-density PE and at least two specified kinds of amorphous ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymers. CONSTITUTION:70-96wt% crystallin PE(A) having a melt flow index (MFI) of 15-50g/10min, 2-15wt% low-density PE(B) having a density of 0.91-0.95g/ cm<3>, an MFI of 5-60g/10min and a ratio f weight-average MW to number- average MW of 8-20, and 2-15wt% at least two kinds of amorphous etheylene/ alpha-olefin copolymers (C) which have an ethylene content of 1-85wt% and an MFI of 1-40g/10min and in which a difference in MFI between copolymers is 20g/10min or below, are melt-kneaded. |
