<p>PURPOSE:To specify a blank on the left end while noticing the printing position of a document by displaying a valve to print out the document on the center of paper as a guidance at the specification of the left end blank in a word processor. CONSTITUTION:When a format mode s specified, the guidance is displayed. In accordance with the guidance, reference format specification, paper size specification, the number of pages, printing format, vertical writing specification, printing interval, the number of characters in one line are inputted. At the specification of the left end blank, a value to print out the document on the center of the paper is calculated by a paper center value calculating part and displayed on a guidance display area 23a. while referring the value, the operator inputs left end blank specifying data. Even if the document is not printed out actually, the printing position of the document can be easily supposed.</p> |
