<p>PURPOSE:To make the record pages of copying paper collatable accurately from the first page to the last one at the stage of sorting, even when a series of originals are copied from the first page to the last one and vice versa. CONSTITUTION:In case of a sorter carrying a transport 10 and an indexer 9 paired as a set for paper collation use, each of paper inlet ports 3 and 5 is installed in two spots, the transport 10 side and its opposite side, and copying paper is designed so as to make it feedable to the transport 10, the indexer 9 and so on from either side of these inlet ports whereby the collated paper is made so as to turn its surface upside down separately in case of the paper being inserted from one side port or from the other side one. That is to say, even when an original is copied from the first page through the last one and vice versa, the record pages of paper are eventually collated right from the first page to the last one in order and thus copying is securable.</p> |
