<p>An improved process and apparatus for producing a uniform organic-filler-blended resin composition from a mixed material of a thermoplastic resin and a coarse organic filler raw material such as waste paper by the use of a specified extruder, without the necessity of fine-grinding of the organic filler raw material prior to feeding it into the extruder are provided, which process and apparatus are characterized by providing many projections and grooves surrounding them on the surface of an intermediate part of the screw in the extruder and specifying the size of the gap between the outer surface of the screw part and the inner surface of the cylinder opposed thereto.</p> |
