<p>Cephalosporin cpds. of formula (I) are new (in which A is a cyano or alkoxy-carbonyl gp., R1 is 1-7C alkyl, D is 1-methyl tetrazolyl 5-thio) and their pharmacologically-acceptable salts, are made by reaction of 7-amino cephalosporanic acid with an acid of formula (II), to obtain an intermediate prod. of formula (III). This is converted to the final prod. (I) by hydrolysis. - They are used in prophylaxis and chemotherapy of human and animal infections.</p> |
